Positive Vibe Café is a one-of-a-kind restaurant that boasts something for everyone while also focusing on healthy meals, all homemade on the premises. We believe that healthy living is positive living, and that's how we live up to our name. We're not just any old restaurant though.

Ever had buffalo?  Our unique menu proudly serves buffalo because it is in fact lean, low in fat, and steroid free.  Some of the restaurant's signature dishes include fried oysters, grilled shrimp, buffalo filet mignon and jambalaya.  Guests can choose from a variety of seafood, Italian fare, and a large selection of vegetarian dishes.  Our salads and vegetables are fresh and locally grown.  Save room though, because our homemade desserts come last.  Some of Richmond's most accomplished chefs contribute to the menu, including John Maxwell, J. Frank, Bob DeCapri and the café's own executive chef, Rob Hamlin.  Catering is available.

Positive Vibe Café has received national recognition for its unique concept.  The Wall Street Journal said the food is "first rate," and the CBS Early Show covered the café after its opening in January 2005.  The restaurant's mission is to provide food-service training and employment to people with various types of physical and cognitive disabilities.

Noon – 10 p.m. Saturdays
11 a.m. – 8:30 p.m. Sundays
